Three subdivision phases and Bear Creek Plaza go to the Planning Commission Oct. 14
Columbia's Planning Commission meets Wednesday, Oct. 14, at 4 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 700 N. Garden St. Up for final plat approval: Rock Springs Cove Phase 1A off Rock Springs Road, Marlon's Creek Phase 2B off Lasea Road, and Reserve at Hickory Ridge Phase 2 off Bear Creek Pike and Red Hawk Road. Commissioners will also take up a plat for two tracts at Bear Creek Plaza, 1530 Bear Creek Pike, and proposed new rules for infill homes in established neighborhoods. The meeting is open to the public.
