25 new X-ray techs graduate from Columbia State, two from Maury County

Columbia State pinned 25 radiologic technology graduates in the Cherry Theater, including Maury County's Alyssa Ballard and Caitlynn Payne. It's one of the hardest programs on campus to get into, with more than 1,500 hours of clinical training over 22 months, and the school's graduates have passed the national registry exam on the first try 92% of the time over the last five years. This was the last class to finish in the original Health Sciences Building; a new one went up next door while they were in school.
